Here we have a 6” stainless steel petty knife made from CPM154.

The stout little blade paired with a fine cutting edge and tip and a razor sharp micro bevel is a joy to use. I make these petty with extra height at the heel compared to many petty knives allowing for that much loved knuckle clearance for easy use chopping on a cutting board, I find myself using my personal 6” petty in this style the most out of any knife in my kitchen.

The handle is an absolutely timeless combo. The crisp contrast between the African Blackwood bolster and the stabilized birdseye maple is a classic combination that in my opinion will never get old. While not as poppy as some materials I use, this classic combo leaves little to be desired.
