Here’s a 6” stainless steel petty knife made from CPM 154.

The stout little blade paired with a fine cutting edge and tip and a razor sharp micro bevel is a joy to use. I make these petty with extra height at the heel compared to many petty knives allowing for that much loved knuckle clearance for easy use chopping on a cutting board, I find myself using my personal 6” petty in this style the most out of any knife in my kitchen.

The handle is made from double dyed and stabilized maple burl with a thin black G10 spacer. The bright colors and simple construction really lets the wood speak for itself.
