Here’s a 7” stainless steel Gyuto made from RWL-34.

The blade features a full flat grind and razor sharp micro bevel. The blade will make a fantastic workhorse with a fine edge and tip that will also make detail work a breeze.

The handle is made using African Blackwood for the bolster with a stabilized and dyed curly and spalted maple handle. The rich red tones are gorgeous and the chatoyance from the curl is a delight to stare at- especially in good lighting!
