Here’s an 8” stainless steel Gyuto made from CPM154.

The blade is 1/8” thick at the spine with a full flat grind and razor sharp micro bevel. This blade will perform well as a workhorse but has a fine tip and edge allowing for detailed work to be done easily with this blade too.

The handle is made using African Blackwood for the bolster and a stabilized and dyed maple burl handle, a nice ghostly blue with a polished shine.
