A riff on old sabatier slicers with a much finer geometry and wickedly thin edge. Hand forged from a low layer damascus, 1095 and 15n20 jacket over a nickel shim and 26c3 core.
Paired with a stabilized and dyed hempwood handle with carbon fiber bolster. Lightweight, laser thin geometry, this knife is ready to slice!
