A riff on old sabatier slicers with a much finer geometry and wickedly thin edge. Hand forged from a low layer damascus, 1095 and 15n20 jacket over a nickel shim and 26c3 core.
Paired with a nice white corian and Tiffany Blue G10 bolster, gradient micarta spacer and dyed and stabilized redwood burl handle.
