A beautiful hand forged petite chefs knife 6” blade length and 2” tall at the heel. Forged from 1095, 15n20 and 26c3 high carbon steels. Using  alternating thicknesses of steel to create a pattern reminiscent of waves lapping on the shore. 

Full flat ground bevels with a consistent distal taper along the spine, this is a solid but light blade with a perfect pinch grip balance and will make easy work of any task in the kitchen. 

The handle is made from African Blackwood and stabilized and dyed buckeye Burl with a dyed black mammoth tooth inlay.
