Here’s a fun one. A beautiful 6.5” petite chefs knife made from 1095 and 15n20 high carbon feather pattern Damascus steel.

A nice lightweight blade with enough belly for rock chopping but also a nice flat towards the heel allowing for push chopping as well. This blade features a solid distal taper from handle to tip allowing for nice detail work at the tip and more workhorse chopping toward the heel. Pinch grip balance point.

The handle is made from stabilized and dyed redwood Burl with mother of pearl inlays and a thin black g10 spacer.
