Hand forged 5” petty knife made with 1095 and 15n20 high carbon steel. Part of a C’s billet forged out into this fun little petty.
With plenty of knuckle clearance for easy use on a cutting board, this will make a great little knife in the kitchen.
The handle is made with an African Blackwood bolster and stabilized and dyed maple Burl handle.
