This listing is for one of two 130x39mm utility knives, hand forged from 26c3, aka Spicy White.
Drastic distal tapers over 36” hollow ground bevels, the edges are thin and the steel is incredibly hard and sharp.
These utility knives are great for quick cuts in the kitchen, and double as a small Honesuki for breaking down poultry.
The handles are made with an African Blackwood bolster and birdseye maple handle.
Please read the care sheet and shipping clause before purchase or use of a Fell knife, these blades have incredibly hard and fine edges that can be damaged if used improperly.
