Only one made and available. The blade is made from cryogenically treated AEBL stainless steel. Paired with a carbon dated to 6000 BC stabilized Bog Oak bolster, a red G10 spacer and stabilized Flamed Box Elder burl handle. The Big Boy is one hefty blade, the weight of the blade alone, paired with its fine and sharp edge, does most of the effort in slicing ingredients. Perfect for vegetables and boneless protein prep (you can cut pretty much anything except for extra hard ingredients like thick solid bone, sugar rocks, concrete…)8” Blade length, 3” height.
