Here we have a 6” stainless steel petty knife made from CPM154.

The stout little blade paired with a fine cutting edge and tip and a razor sharp micro bevel is a joy to use. I make these petty with extra height at the heel compared to many petty knives allowing for that much loved knuckle clearance for easy use chopping on a cutting board, I find myself using my personal 6” petty in this style the most out of any knife in my kitchen.

The handle is made from a stunning dyed and stabilized buckeye Burl with an African Blackwood bolster, a really eye catching handle that will last a lifetime with a little care.
