Here’s a hand forged 1095 and 15n20 high carbon steel gyuto in a beautiful feather pattern Damascus. 

This blade is extremely light weight and well balanced on the pinch grip. The blade is thin with a zeroed out cutting edge, an absolute laser of a blade, a lot of fun to use!

The handle is made using a mammoth tooth bolster, a thin black g10 spacer and a beautiful double dyed and stabilized redwood burl handle. The redwood burl is hard to capture in photos as it has the most incredible chatoyance and incredible coloring that changesnwi5 the lighting.
