5.5” petty hand forged from a Damascus clad san mai. 26c3 high carbon core steel with nickel silver shims, 1095 and 15n20 high carbon Damascus cladding.
This will make a great daily driver in the kitchen, with plenty of knuckle clearance and a thin slightly convex ground blade, this is the kind of knife you use for every meal you cook!
The handle is made with African Blackwood for the bolster and the handle is a double dyed and stabilized curly maple handle.
