These little cleavers are such great additions to the kitchen. They are versatile, super fun to use, and they just look great too!

These will be made from 26C3 High Carbon steel hardened to 62/63 rockwell- an extremely robust steel with fantastic edge retention and a breeze to sharpen.

The handles I have selected for this run are made from Cocobolo with an African Blackwood bolster, I was able to get a great deal on these woods and I am passing the savings on to you!

If you would like to have a custom handle put on your knife I am adding that option and we can discuss what you would like so I can order it in for you. Due to high material costs and extra time needed to source custom materials the price for a customized piece is higher!
