This 330 layer damascus gyuto is forged from 1095 and 15n20 high carbon steel. Featuring a ladder pattern that is further forged out to stretch the pattern out.
Lightweight and wickedly sharp blade with a beautifully polished finish and a stabilized and dyed Redwood burl handle shaped into a faceted western shape, easy to index and very comfortable to hold.
