9.5” Chefs knife, 2.5” tall at heel, 15” OAL
Hand forged from 1095 and 15n20 high carbon damascus steel in a “bacon billet” pattern.
Paired with a natural holly wood bolster and natural curly siamese rainbow rosewood hand sculpted western style handle. This is an absolutely timeless combination of incredibly beautiful and rare woods.
The blade is quite hefty, it has a consistent but gentle distal taper down the length of the spine with a very thin edge to match. This knife is an absolute beast, but not to be abused. The very thin edge will not respond well to bones and other hard ingredients.
