6.75” Lightning Strike pattern steel blade, hand forged from laminated O2 steel with nickel silver spacers to create the drastic contrasting silver line through the blade.

This blade has a nice forged distal taper to it and a super thin edge, great for super precise thin cutting.

The handle is a stabilized and dyed curly quilted Oak with a paper micarta spacer.

Please read the care sheet before purchasing any knives, this blade has a super thin edge which will not take well to any abuse.

This blade will be quite reactive at first, the patina was forced with coffee and is food safe, but may transfer to food the first few times it is used. Don’t worry, just wash the blade with soap and a SOFT sponge and continue to use it (green scouring pad will remove the patina please do not use this!).
