A hand forged two piece steak knife set. Forged from 26c3 high carbon steel.
These knives are paired with a stabilized mallee burl and blue shimmer alumalite hybrid wood handle.
These will cut steak like butter and make for an incredibly elegant presentation.
Please be aware they are carbon steel and not stainless, they will need to be cared for accordingly.
