This one of a kind Pizza cutter is hand forged from 15n20, 1095, 26c3 high carbon steels with a layer of nickel silver between the outer layers and homogenous core steel. The arm is forged from mild steel, with a stainless steel bolt holding the blade and the handmade copper washers together, allowing for disassembly to clean and restore the blade as needed. The guard is hand forged from a bar of copper and the handle is half charred osage orange.
