Here’s a fun 8.25” Gyuto. Hand forged from 26c3 high carbon steel, this blade features a full flat workhorse grind, forged in distal taper and a fun heel design resembling a claw.
The handle is made from green dyed and stabilized Black Ash burl with an African Blackwood bolster.
This will make a great daily driver, with a fine cutting edge it makes effortless cuts and easy detail work.
