A hand forged Don Hansen W2 high carbon steel integral gyuto with hamon line. The blade measures 8” in length and 1.75” tall, reminiscent of a Sabatier’s proportions with a more aggressive gyuto profile.
The blade is paired with an heirloom fit handle made from multi dyed and stabilized elm burl.
The blade is very thin throughout and will be sure to perform like a laser without too much flex.
