A hand forged damascus gyuto, 400 layers of wavy 1095 and 15n20 with a subtle polished finish that makes the steel shine with a certain chatoyancy in the right light.
The blade features a subtle convex grind, a distal taper from handle to tip and a forward pinch grip balance.
The handle is made from a stabilized and dyed redwood burl with an African blackwood bolster.
