7” hand forged San Mai Bunka, Stainless cladding with a V-Toku2 high carbon steel core.
The kite handle is made with a buffalo horn bolster, stabilized and dyed blue mango handle with a cast brain coral inlay on the spine.
This blade is pretty hefty weighing in at 255 grams and has a very fine cutting edge, it will glide through food with minimal effort.
The kite handle is good for both left and right handed use, a rounded belly with faceted spine.
