This 6.5” chefs knife is forged with a multibar damascus (1095/15n20) cladding over a 26c3 high carbon steel core.
Paired with a stabilized and dyed Hawaiian Silkwood bolster/spacer and a stabilized and dyed spalted curly Maple handle/spacer.
This knife has a very thin edge, perfect for quick and clean finish work in the kitchen, providing effortless cuts. The blade has a bit of belly for a rocking action cuts and a flat heel for push style use, this is quite a versatile blade only shying away from heavy/abusive work like cutting bones or other hard ingredients that will chip and deform the edge.
