A nice frame handle made with a carbon fiber bolster, blue and black g10 frame and spacers with a beautiful white paper micarta handle.
This little petty knife is a nice high performance blade, the edge is incredibly thin matched with a drastic distal taper down the length of the blade. Perfect for regular protein and vegetable prep, while also being very capable with clean finish work. Avoid contact with hard ingredients such as frozen foods, bone, very thick skinned squash, etc.
