This Nakiri is an absolute laser! Forged super thin and ground even thinner, perfect for vegetable prep.
Paired with the most incredibly colored and figured curly Rosewood handle (extremely rare wood!) the bolster is made from ~4000 year old bog oak with a gold veined onyx inlay and a paper micarta spacer.
