5” Twist Damascus petty knife hand forged from 1095 and 15n20 high carbon laminate steel.
Paired with a stunning hand carved handle of Stabilized 4500 year old Bog Oak, g10 spacers, a mammoth tooth collar and stunning dyed and stabilized blue maple burl handle polished to a glassy finish.
This blade is really hard with a very thin edge, perfect for quick vegetable prep and poultry work/other fine meat prep, but capable of so many kitchen tasks… only shying away from direct contact with hard bones (seriously- don’t cut sugar rocks, bones or use concrete as a cutting board with this knife!!)
