9.75" Carving Knife


9.75" Hidden tang blade. Bubinga and Ebony handle. Perfect for carving a Sunday roast chicken, or slicing up a piece of raw fish.

Made from high carbon steel, drop forged around the 20's and finished in 2017 by Nicholas Berkofsky. 

He grinds the edge by hand down to a fine edge, hardens, tempers, and finally finishes with a custom handle and satin polish on the blade.
